AUDIT + AGENT BUILD
NAMED CLIENTHow Axia Partners cut comp analysis from 80 analyst hours per park to same-day
Real estate private equity — RV parks and outdoor hospitality

THE PROBLEM
A full comp analysis took 80 analyst hours per park. At Axia's acquisition pace that math broke, and the firm planned to hire two analysts just to keep comps ahead of the pipeline. A portfolio-wide refresh took 21 days, so it rarely got run.
WHAT WE BUILT
We built Axia a comp analysis agent. Browser automation pulls booking and occupancy data, the agent runs the same steps their analysts ran, and it writes up the study. We built it side by side with the acquisitions lead so it matches how the team actually underwrites.
THE RESULT
A park comp now comes back the same day. The full portfolio runs overnight for about $200 a month. The two planned analyst hires came off the roadmap, and the agent is being extended into underwriting.
